Memorial Middle Helping Ronald McDonald House
Students and teachers at MMS are collecting pull tabs from soda, cat food, and soup cans. The tabs are going to be donated to the Houston Ronald McDonald House at the end of the year to help them cover their daily operating costs. During the first 5 weeks of school students and teachers collected over 66,000 tabs earning a day of hats, crazy socks and jeans for teachers. Thank you, Ms Kerr for coordinating the effort, and thank you, MMS for your wonderful donation of tabs! Keep them coming!!!

—Our own Mrs. Davis walked her FIRST MARATHON this weekend! The USA Fit Marathon was held on Sunday, January 11, 2009 and she and her walking partners were there all decked out in their purple regalia. Pictures can be seen by clicking here.
